Been coming here for 10+ years and I’ve got to say, it has seen better days. For the rate they command and the lack of attention to their floors and finishes, i wonder where they invest back into their establishment. Have to say, after 10 years you’d think they would remember a loyal guest..:

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this hotel and cannot recommend it to others. While the front desk staff were reasonably helpful, the overall experience was overshadowed by false advertising, poor conditions, and a lack of accountability.

The primary reason I chose this hotel was the advertised free shuttle service to and from SFO airport. Upon arrival late in the evening for an early flight the next morning, I was informed that the shuttle service had been discontinued four months ago. This information was not updated on the hotel website or third-party booking platforms, despite numerous complaints, according to the staff. This was deeply frustrating, as I had specifically chosen this location to park my car long-term and secure easy airport transportation for myself and my father with luggage.

When I asked about reimbursement for alternative transportation costs, I was told it wasn’t an option. The additional cost of arranging private transport to the airport nearly equaled the price of my stay. Calls to Hilton's main customer service line were equally unhelpful, and my credit card company could not dispute the charge because the shuttle service was advertised as "free" and not a paid service. This felt like a blatant case of false advertising with no repercussions for the hotel.

The room itself was abysmal. Broken and cracked bathroom tiles, a loose shower piece left in the tub, graffiti on the mirror, and outdated, depressing decor created an unpleasant environment. The clock didn’t work. The carpet felt old and grimy, and the elevator noise could be heard and felt all night from my room. Additionally, my room had a shared door with the neighboring room, allowing me to hear every conversation and their TV, which further disrupted my rest.

Given the overall experience, I deeply regret not finding another hotel, even at such a late hour. There are plenty of better options in the area that actually provide shuttle service and maintain a higher standard for the same price. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

This is purely rip off! Don't stay if you are booking for leisure. You have to pay for even if you take a breath. parking 30$ which they won't mentioned in while booking, no room service after stayed for 2 nights. What ridiculous house keeping service that we have to request 24hrs prior otherwise they will only do in for once a week. Guys beware. Bathroom sucks. Most importantly their breakfast 25 $, sucks. I think they are in corporate location and they don't care leisure stays. MARRIOTT IS LOT BETTER!

The room was very nice. Comfortable and clean. A really nice trail by the hotel for a run or walk. I only spent the night to catch an early morning flight so I didn’t try any of the other amenities.

The parking is quite annoying. Scan a QR code and waste 5 minutes. If you’re staying at the hotel it expected to just be charged to the room.
No accessible power outlets in the room, the two on the nightstand lamp.

This is a nice doubletree. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable with a nice big TV. There is a bar and restaurant so you can get something to eat. It is in a business park and there are not any restaurant around the hotel. There are a couple in the office buildings but they are only open for lunch. My biggest complaint is they were working on their WIFI and it kept going out while I was trying to work. They did have a letter in the rooms about it so hopefully they are making good it better.

The breakfast was not complimentary and it was substandard for Hilton property, I've had better free breakfasts at Travelodge. The room was clean the bed was comfy the staff was awesome. There's almost no food easily accessible nearby.

The hotel meets bare minimum standards, but it does need some attention. The sheets are very scratchy and itchy. The cleanliness is debatable. There was an old, dust coated, stiff sock in the cabinet. The tub would not drain. You can also hear the next room over loud and clear having a whole conversation. Room 627 had off vibes too. At around 2AM, we woke up to someone shaking our door and felt someone come into the room and linger there. We couldn’t make out what was being said, but But the top latch was still locked. If you’re not into any of that, just stay in the city.

While the front desk staff and kitchen staff were amazing, the hotel itself was very outdated and what we found was a poor location. Although we were there for an overnight layover, we expected the "airport hotel" to be closer to the airprot. The proximity to the SFO airport was 10 minutes with the shuttle running every 15 minutes.
