Needed help with our exterior color choices. Had an in-house review with Clint Roy who helped us pick the colors we thought we wanted, but after adding samples to the house we just couldn't decide. So we had Clint come over for an in-home consultation. He was fantastic and really demonstrated what a professional color consultant can provide. Definitely helped us make better decisions plus he made additional suggestions that got us the finished look we wanted. Highly recommended!

Absolutely the rudest store clerk I've ever encountered! Steve was pissy-looking right off the bat, curt and impatient with his answers, and when I politely requested him to repeat something technical he said, he shouted it at the top of his lungs! We are customers, not some punching bag when he got up from the wrong side of the bed. Stay away from this place!

Worked with Michelle for several months to select the right colors for my atrium. She was so good and a big help. The guy who mixed my paint brought it out to the car. A very nice experience. I have gone to Dunn-Edwards for several years. Very pleased with all aspects.

Very bad vibes at this Dunn-Edwards. Three workers standing around at the mixing counter saying 10 more minutes til closing. Claimed they could not mix the paint until tomorrow because they said it takes one hour. Not true. I then asked for it to be done now, and got real attitude from the employees. It took about 10 minutes.. When I picked up the paint at the counter, I overheard one employee tell another worker "Let's get these people out of here"

Underwhelmed. I was excited about my decorating project, and came into the store with a photo of a room painted the color I was looking for. I would have been ok with no service, so I took myself over to the wall with paint chips printed up on little sheets of paper. Anyone in the paint or decor business knows there are countless shades of any given color. And I think to work with colors a salesperson should be attuned to this. The woman came up to me asking if she could help, I showed her the picture and she immediately said, "oh, you want sort of a baby blue." Then she pulled down some paint samples that were way off. I told her (in a normal tone of voice) this actually was a grey color with blue undertones. She didn't give that photo more than a second's thought or analysis, didn't even try to match it, walked off to do something else, then I distantly heard her talking on and on to somebody else about identity theft. Obviously, there was a lot on her mind. I helped myself find the right color, texted my painter the info, and walked out. What a waste of manpower, having "help" like that!

Super fast compared to other locations. In and out with mixed paint in under 10 minutes. Super friendly staff as well!
