Owner went above and beyond customizing my boots! I bought a pair of distressed black Corral boots, I said to my husband that the boots would be even more perfect in all black, and the owner immediately said to me that he could make that happen, he grabbed a caddie full of products from his office and got to work! He personally hand painted, leather treated and shined my new boots! I was extremely happy with the service provided, I don't know of any shoe store that does that for their clients! Not only I got a beautiful pair of new boots, I also left the store with an amazing buying experience! Hablan Español!!

This shopping experience was great! The boots I originally wanted simply didn't fit my foot shape but she was so pleasant and patient to help me find some others that were a better fit and I ended up loving them so much. They were able to stretch them for me before I left the store and I was able to wear my new boots comfortably to an event that same night. I want to go back for matching belt and hat in the future, especially seeing all the ways the hats can be customized. I would highly recommend visiting Durango!

Had a great experience buying cowboy boots! We stayed for around 30 minutes, and the owner was really sweet and helpful. All the boots are beautiful! The owner also offered to insert insoles onto my boots for free when they did not carry my size in the shoes I wanted. Overall, an amazing experience, leaving with two pairs of gorgeous cowboy boots!
