Great service took a little over a month for a fully customized grill. When I received my grill it was beyond my expectations. I originally ordered a 2 tooth grill, then sometime in the process they emailed me that they were going to add an extra tooth on the back, the grill fitted perfectly. My absolute favorite part about this experience was that, they communicated with me through the entire process. Overall great product and great service!

Communication was timely and informative at every step. Eg. I didn’t know where to find the cleaning/care instructions on their site so started googling for directions but I wasn’t sure whether what i was reading was absolutely relevant to my grill given the additional technology that they added. With that i emailed and they kindly directed me the resources I needed—my only head scratch is that their instructions were almost identical to another website and I expected something a tiny different since the interior of the grill is a diff material… BUT it is a relief that you don’t have to do too much of anything uniquely different.

I’m mostly a fan of my custom grill—I wish the heart was a tiny bit larger— and i cannot tell that they bonded a protective shield to the interior at all (actually forgot until i saw a tweet today and it reminded me to post this review lol). I’m already interested in purchasing another one bc now I want Two open face fangs—I did hopelessly inquire about sending back my new grill to have the solid tooth turned open face and they kindly explained that they don’t do that, so make sure you’re absolutely sure about your selected design!

All in all, I recommend giving them a shot!

These 8 bottom silver grillz that I spent 250$ had only lasted me about 1 1/2 months. They are now a copper/gold color and are completely foggy

I love my protective grill (rose gold drip design)! Ordering was simple and customer service was amazing. I like how hands on the Ease team is even though this is pretty much a virtual experience. They’re pretty responsive to any questions or issues and they kept me updated throughout the process.

I am so thrilled by my grills! I was a little nervous paying for these and not sure if the quality would be up to par, but they exceeded my expectations! Durable grills, and the company was communicative, and helpful throughout the process. I ordered mine in December and the entire process took 2-2.5 weeks.

I had no idea what to expect when ordering a grill I just knew that I’ve always wanted one and was super excited to support a Black woman owned business. I received the 1st mold kit and it was too big for my mouth, emailed EASE and got a new one in a few days. In all, no lie I had to do like 7 or 8 molds cause I was opening my mouth with the putty in it or some other reason. I didn’t even think that they’d be able to get it right and had accepted that they might not be able to. I sent the last mold of my teeth on Halloween and chalked it. I was so shocked to get the email that my protective grill was on the way but tbh, I was still skeptical but it came about 3 weeks after sending the final mold. I opened it and was surprised at how small it was and that they actually sent me back the teeth mold that I didn’t believe they’d be able to successfully get in the 1st place. Needless to say, I LOVE IT!!!! EASE brought my vision to life and I got exactly what I wanted. I AM HYPE and can’t wait to wear it and tell everyone where I got it from. I rate this customer experience a 10/10. Everything from the responsiveness to the EASE of the process was exceptional. Make sure you read the instructions thoroughly, if you miss a step it’ll delay your process. They are clear and succinct for a purpose. TYSM!!!!

They had a great sale going on so I decided to get a couple 2 tooth girls for my upper canines. The shipping was pretty fast. Packaging was AMAZING and the process was simple. Customer service was great as well and the product was exactly what I wanted. Got a great product at a great price.
