When we moved into our house, we knew that the insulation situation wasn't great and would need some work. It was under-insulated throughout--and not at all in some places--and there were noticeable warmer spots in the house. Not to mention the cooling costs.

So we went about looking for insulation pros who could help us out. Eco Three was the first to respond, and the best to respond. I had a call within an hour or two. Far from being just a simple call to schedule a site visit, we had a great preliminary discussion on options and some of the possible issues at play.

The site visit was even more impressive, with an extensive inspection of our property and all of the insulation and insulation-adjacent issues that could be addressed. Likewise, the quote had a detailed and prioritized list of potential fixes. I should mention there was no aggressive attempts to up-sell us on their services. It was a simple statement of facts that allowed my wife and I to make the best decision for our situation and budget.

The work itself was a breeze. The team came, got the job done, cleaned up after themselves, and left. 10/10 no notes. And the house has been noticeably cooler since.

Throughout this process, Eco Three has been prompt, professional, up front about pricing, and super easy to work with. Would definitely recommend if you're in a similar situation.

Fantastic service. David and his crew air sealed and added insulation to my attic. There was a noticeable decrease in the amount of time my ac unit runs immediately after they were finished. They have financing available through the gas company. Highly recommend getting this done it will save you money on your utilities

From the moment that I talked with David on the phone to schedule my appointment I knew there was something special about him and ECO Three. I had 4 companies that came and gave me bids. Of the 4 ECO Three stood out from the very beginning. David was amazing from the beginning to the very end. The guys that came to do the work did a great job they were totally finished in a day and half. You could not even tell by my yard that they had been there it was so clean. The cost was very reasonable for our 100 year old house. Most people are all about the money upfront, but ECO Three was not even interested in my check until the job was totally done. David came back after the job was finished went through took pictures of all the work they had done. He came down and showed me all the pictures and explained what they had done. Then I wrote him a check. He made sure that he reminded me about my tax credit And put it on the invoice for my taxes for next year. When He left It was like watching a best friend leave from your house. I really felt like it was a best friend getting the work done instead of a corporation. I would highly recommend ECO Three for you insulation jobs.
