We had a fantastic experience to buy a custom sofa and coffee table from Ethan Allen. From the moment we walked in, the sales designer Kristin Bramson was incredibly warm, knowledgeable, and attentive. She took the time to understand our style and needs, guiding us through fabric selections, finishes, and design details with patience and expertise. Our experience with interior designer, Laura has been wonderful.
She is talented, so knowledgeable, and personable. She was able to take our vague idea of what we had in mind (something ‘timeless’ and ‘edgy’) and turn it into exactly the look we always wanted.
Laura guided us every step of the way, from choosing material, to the perfect accessory. She can look at a space and tell you immediately the perfect table or chair for that spot. To my surprise, when I first saw her vision board showing furniture choices, colors, and window treatments, tears started coming down my cheeks. She had designed exactly what I wanted.
Laura is very versatile and can work with many different styles. I know I can always call on her for any of my design needs, small or large, and she will always be ready to help. We would highly recommend her.

I went to Ethan Allen in Torrance ca to purchase furniture the store has beautiful furniture. But l decided not to purchase anything from them. The salesperson made a reference to the color of my hair matching the furniture. No one ask her opinion. In fact if I looked like her I wouldn’t say anything about anyone. She over stepped her boundary with me. When customers are shopping they are not there for a less kept salesperson to make any out of the way comment. By the way, we were going to pay cash. Please tell your salespersons not to make any comment about another ethnic groups hair.

I had an incredible experience working with Diane Wynne at the Torrance store. My husband and I were shopping for several new pieces for both our living room and bedroom. Diane understood the look we were hoping for (modern, comfy, beach-y) after only a few conversations and one visit to our home. We LOVE our sectional, bed, and window treatment.
