I had a great experience here! Found a case for a good price and got a screen protector as well. The best part was if cost me way less than what I would've paid at Tmobile for both.

Put on a screen that did not work on my daughter’s IPad said it was software issue and refused to refund and stated that his technician was not working all 3 days I returned to his cart in the mall. Stay away from him he is a rude thief. He yelled at my daughter and I to go away and refused to help. There are a few of these carts in the mall. Stay away from everything cellular. The owner Mohamed is very mean and runs an unethical business. I hope I spared someone the stress. Just pay $20 more and go to the fix it place right down from him.

Still remembered me after buying a case from them 3 years ago which still held up. Got a new one today for the same price and awesome design too. Screen protector professionals as well. After market repairs, but what else do you expect. Still great

If I could give them no stars I would give them minus 10 stars! I had a IPhone 7 screen replaced. The quality of the screen is horrible. I asked who was the manufacturer and they laughed at me and said it was manufactured in China. $97 for a horrible substandard screen and to be laughed at to my face. Save your money and go to Apple to have your screen replaced!they also seemed shady and will definitely watching for breaches in my personal information!

I purchased a glass screen protector and the employee put it on himself. The screen protector cracked by the time I left the mall and when I went back in to show the employee, they said it was $10. I asked for the company's name, email address, a contact number, and he said he didn't know it and couldn't give it out. Don't purchase from here. A RIP off. If I could give zero stars, I honestly would.

Bought powercase charger and not working consistenly..brought it back and they gave me a new one..bought a new battery from them also, and when I was about to board for San Francisco, the new charger died and the phone with the new battery is not working...what more can I say..just wasted about $100. The person was nice though.
