I recently had the pleasure of visiting Extra Space Storage and was thoroughly impressed by the outstanding customer service. Karen, the employee who assisted me, was extremely nice and went above and beyond to ensure my experience was smooth and hassle-free. Her friendly demeanor and willingness to answer all my questions made the process of renting a storage unit incredibly easy. The facility itself was clean, well-maintained, and secure, but it was Karen's exceptional service that truly stood out. 5 star experience all the way! Karen the manager was extremely helpful and patient with us, showing us several units which were all in excellent condition. The facilities are very well maintained and the customer service is superior. I would highly recommend this place and especially Karen for help with any storage needs. You will not regret it.

It's always great talking to Karen. Karen always has site very clean and secure. Dirty smells and bathrooms are locked most the time its just so ridiculous here I went in the bathroom one found some things that shouldn't have been in their its just so ridiculous rent increases like no other times are hard seriously o also their dam elevator is always going out you can't even access your unit if its not on ground floor that was the icing on the cake for me I went weeks with out being able to access my unit because of this and then a week later mind u I only was able to access my unit maybe a week outthe holemonth they decided the next month to raise my rent on my unit seriously wow after it was non accessible the hole mo through going to raise my rent dam near100 dollars I don't know their so many more thing wrong withthis place . O and the lady in the office with the dark hair walks with a limp well not my it of course but some one told me that she access the units right before auction and takes things out of them with her family members before the auction and stores them on the property tell she can take it home I personally seen her storage and let me tell u man their was some stuff in their . So their rude crocked and just bad here and expensive as all hell .

The manager Karen Bueno showed me the best answer to my situation that I don’t believe I would have found from a different storage facility. Karen’s help was spot on caring and professional. Very happy I came to Extra Space storage.
