This store has amazing affordable prices better than forever 21 or H&M. The ladies are always helpful the best they can even if they didn’t have something you were looking for. People who complain about no returns are very angry for nothing because the workers always remind you before purchasing at the cashier that there’s no refunds and there’s obviously a sign up that says no refunds or exchanges including final sale items. There’s only 14 days to exchange full price items. Also I recommend this store to any girls who need affordable prices and in style clothing that is so much more stylish. There’s everything from party dresses, casual outfits, sandals/heels, makeup and accessories. I’m 100% happy with the service here !

My daughter bought a dress yesterday from this place but the fitting room is closed, so she couldn't try the dress. Today she came to do an exchange and again she couldn't try but their policy is that just 1 exchange can be done within 14 days of purchase with the receipt. Also there's no refund just store credit if you return anything.
I don't think this is fare because they don't let you try the clothes in the store but only 1 time exchange. If it doesn't fit, you are stuck with something you can't wear. Lady was very rude. Very bad policy that abuses customers.

My granddaughter went to Q 1000 oaks mall. She spent $100.00 there. While STILL at the register, her aunt found a better more expensive pair of jeans then the ones she chose. Q refused to exchange the jeans.They were actually MORE expensive. This is extremely Bad Customer Service. 1* is too generous. Our family will never go back.

I asked the owner I'm assuming (Korean lady) where the flowered dresses are. The one displayed on the mannequin. She said they don't have it anymore. I asked her if I could try the one on the mannequin since it was my size, she said no. I also asked her if more will come in, she said she didnt know. Poor customer service. I was going to buy other things but left because of her bad service. Why have clothes on display when u don't even have it in the store?!?

Businesses like this should be shut down!! Horrible management. They don’t make one time exceptions with any circumstance. They take advantage of young girls. They sold a dress to my daughter when it was clearly damage. Take damaged items off your racks, don’t try to make an extra buck by taking advantage of a young girl. Going to the BBB, next.

Im from Canada and yall Californians are lucky to have this store. First time walking into the store and I instantly fell in love. They’ve got trendy clothes and they're cheap!!! (in comparison to forever 21 or hm). I just wish their sweatshirts didn’t have corny words on them like “tacos” or “ mondays”
