I went to get a ring re-sized and thought all was well until I got home and weighed it. Not only did they not resize the ring they removed 1.5 grams of gold from it. This place is criminal. Don't get scammed. Go somewhere else! I'm pursuing legal action! This was a wedding ring! It's ruined!

Second time I have been here, first time to adjust a watch size and this time to replace 3 watch batteries. They adjusted watch same day and changed the batteries and reset the time while we waited. They were kind and I’m glad they are staying after the mall makes their changes.
