Faulkner County Tax Assessor

WOW This is extremely unporfessional to not be working the day before Thanksgiving. Literally EVERY single assesor's office EXCEPT Faulkner is open on the 27th. I can understand Friday. . .maybe. . .BUT WEDNESDAY?!?!? NO! We need to do our duties when we can. This is the only time some of us have that work 12 hours 5 days a week. Unacceptable

This is unacceptable. WE PAY OUR TAXES to be able to get access to your services. WTH? We have stuff to do and you make it impossible to do our stuff

It's a friendly and helpful place. Each individual has a job to make sure everyone has a good experience paying their taxes. They were all friendly and had smiles .

Very helpful staff & friendly workers. Every year, if we get a new vehicle or ATV, etc...we come here to get all our paperwork done before going to the DMV. They close at 4:30 which isn’t great because it’s hard to get there if you’re working.

WHY ARE YOU CLOSED? It says your open and this the only time we can do our vehicle assesments

I came in to get a vehicle assessment and the whole process took less than five minutes! The lady that assisted me was very nice (I did not catch her name) and she was patient too. I even called the building before arriving and the customer service over the phone was just as nice as in person! Overall a good, quick process!

Most of my experiences with this office has been pretty smooth and professional. However, today, their offices are open and I have tried calling them 7 times in a row (very small gaps in between), each time, the phone rings for 2 minutes and then it disconnects due to no one answering. I understand that they might be understaffed right now due to the upcoming holiday, but they should at least be able to hop on the phone and say "Please hold" or something sometime within a 20 minute period.

Needed to be certain my homestead for my new home was active and my new vehicle was accessed. The ladies were very helpful over the phone. Great experience. Donna Beck and Judy Roberts were fantastic.
