Brought in iPad to fix it. We didn’t know what was wrong with it. Ends up just charge port was picked up same day I dropped off very well pricess.

Great place for knowledgeable and professional work done fast on your phone. Not my first time there and each time they have solved my issues with only what I need, no upcharge for unnecessary work and reasonably priced!

First Response did a great job replacing my Ipad screen at a good price. Job was completed on time.

I have been going to First Response Phone Repair since they first opened. It's the only place i go to for any phone issue, repairs, i have bought a used iphone in perfect condition before at a very good price (cheap) also the main reason i go there is for screen protectors. They are amazing quality, (just as good as the overpriced ones at the apple store) only difference is the price. Anytime someone mentions to me anything phone issue related, I always recommend First Response Phone Repair. Every single employee that works there is so kind, helpful, and always gives great customer service. Now with that being said, yesterday i went there right before closing, and the gentleman that was working there had a few phones to finish up before he could help me, (im sure he wanted to go home it was the end of the day & i had two phones that needed service) but still he was still managed to squeeze me in. He was the most kind, and helpful guy. He helped me find a better option for what i needed within my price range, because i was on a budget. He went above and beyond when it came to his customer service. Unfortunately he does not work at this location, and was only filling in for someone, but everyone that works there are super nice and you cannot beat their prices. Thank you so much KYLE for all of your help yesterday i truly appreciate it.

If I could do zero stars - I definitely would! Took my iphone to get the back screen replaced on a Friday - they said I would get my phone back the next day. The next day comes and still no word about my phone. They do not communicate at all! I had to call in about my phone and at last turns out they couldn't do anything to it and had some dumb guy removing the back glass. I asked for refund and they broke apart the back glass - didn't even bother removing it properly. Hate , hate, hate this place!
