Beware!! I paid $300 to get my iPad fixed, the first time he “fixed” the iPad went frozen, I took it back which took him over a month to respond. Finally responded the second time he “fixed” it the iPad no longer turns on. I took it to multiple repair shops and since he messed up the mother board in the iPad it is a loss cause. He has my number & husbands blocked. Save your coins and go else where!!!!

Beware messed up my phone.I paid him for the repair ahead of time, first mistake. Then it took him about three weeks to finally answer my call to set up a day to drop the phone off. Had to call him from a different number for him to answer. After that the repair took much longer than he stated. Phone is now useless due to improper repair. To replace my back glass. He did reimburse me my money, but unfortunately messed up my mother board and can no longer use it.

I’ve gotten repairs done A few times with Ralph and different times he provided Great Quality Service!! One time I showed up without appointment and he was happy to help. He had my phone ready the very next day👍🏼 My iPhone seemed to be
un-repairable however Ralph managed to get it fixed!
He’s saved me Two iPads and an iPhone Max!!

My IPhone was basically unusable due to the screen being cracked after I took it to Fix it Ralph to get the screen replaced it looked brand new !! Until now I haven’t had any problems with it!! He’s not expensive but he sure represents great quality service!!
