Overall bad experiences. Decided to come & get my iPhone 15pro max Back glass fixed. Not even a full 24hrs it’s cracked. (Remind you, original glass took 2 years to break) I decided to call back & see what’s could be done. I was given attitude right off the back like if they were offended. Just decided to help anyone else wanting to pick a fix it spot!

I had a few different iPhones over the years with different problems. The workers here were respectful of my time and gave a very clear price, and the time it would take. My battery replacements for different phones is always done within an hour, and the price is the best I can find around the area. The cases are also half the price or cheaper compared to the ones at the carrier stores. Definitely recommend this place for repairs or even a quick screen protector replacement while waiting for my Starbucks.

Took my iPad into them about 6 months ago to get my screen fixed. Told me it was going to take two days and they kept it for over 3 weeks. After 3 weeks they finally gave it back to me with the home button pushed in and said there was nothing they could do about it. “That’s just how the new screen fit.” My iPad came back with a gap between the iPad and screen, it now runs slower than the oldest iPad I have, the home button was pushed in, and now 6 months later the whole screen is falling off. Would not recommend them at all.

I have been going to Fix N Cover for 6 years (ever since I moved back to Visalia). The owner is an amazing person that offers top of the line service. I always go for glass screen protectors on my iPhones and for the family phones. He sells them at less than 1/2 the price of the name brand versions and you would never know the difference between the product he installs and a Zagg protector. Plus, he does the installation for you, and he guarantees that you will be happy with the installation. If there are air bubbles or dust under the screen he’ll fix it or replace it with a new one. I don’t bother going anywhere else to protect my phones because no one can match his prices or his service. 10/10. Will definitely keep going back.
