I purchased 2 vaping pens and none of them worked. I mentioned it to them on my next visit but I was told to I should have returned it right away .The batteries in this item never worked and I'm stuck with #2. I have purchased other products since that incident.

Nice place, great product, staff is cool. Location is super convenient. I can bring my dog in. My only complaint is that if you order ahead, you still have to wait in the same line as walk-ins. I've been the only one in line with 2 cashiers helping other folks and waited a solid 20 minutes to pick up my order.

I placed an order and after I paid for the items, I noticed that I was rung up for the wrong things. I mentioned this to one of the workers there less than 5 minutes after I made the purchase. They told me that even though they made a mistake they would not be able to help me since all sales were final. She pointed it out on the receipt, but there was no mention of this at the time of purchase. Even if I was there for a return there would have been no way I would even know this until after the purchase was made. I just wanted them to get me the correct item I ordered. After getting frustrated, she told me she was going to get her manager. She came back a few minutes later and told me if I didn't leave I'd be escorted out by security. When asking what happened to her getting her manager, she explained that she was talk to them over the phone. Overall seems pretty dishonest and unwilling to mend mistakes they clearly made.

Update: I just read all of the comments/reviews. Just to be clear, the pictures I posted are of two 1/8ths of high THC % Indica flower, a 5 pack of pre-rolls (also very high THC %), a pre-roll "On the House" (as a 1st time customer), 1 glass pipe and 2 glass joint holders. Then a Sr. Citizens Disc. How much do you think I paid for ALL of that? $70 out the door. And great weed, BTW! Carry on...

Really clean, I didn't feel scared going in here and the staff was knowledgeable and customer friendly.

Great selection. There is a person wandering around the store to take your order. But she was much to involved high fiving it and talking with her friend and it was not possible to place and order. So I stood in line for about 10 minutes. When it was finally my turn, the guy asked me why I did not place and order with her. I told him and he said, "she has been helping a number of people while you stood there". That was a flat out lie. I told him and he launched into a tirade about how he was going to defend his coworkers blablabla. I was there to get some dope, not argue with some clown who thought he was working too hard. Flor, shameful presentation. I'll go to a real dispensary.

First time in here. I wasn’t acknowledged or helped at all. I just walked out. I even asked the lady at the counter how do I get helped she said someone with an iPad will assist you. I stood around only to watch them skip me twice. Also you don’t even know who is working there or not, the employees wear casual clothes like the customers so I stood there waiting and thinking at times the customers were workers. First time in there and probably gonna be my last.

won't recommend . the manager had so much attitude just to explain his employees made a mistake of telling me that i can come in and the manager should be able to accommodate.
he is very confrontational for a manager literally yelling , not wanting to solve anything and telling me thats the importance of reading coz i mistakenly ordered a pod and no way for them to accommodate me how are u gonna be an asshole try to disgrace me and still no help? how are u selling the pods with no battery for it in store? and told me to order it online instead? definitely lost my business theres better dispensary elsewhere with better manager on site whos willing to help.
