Flying J Travel Center

So it's not as bad as some reviews claimed. The showers are not the largest but the water runs hot and the areas were clean. The complaints about the towels confuses me cause I usually bring my own stuff when getting a shower so I figured it was the same for others as well. The parking is probably the biggest issue I can see. They have way too much reserved parking. Other than that everything else was pretty standard in terms of FJ. It's not my favorite location but it was good enough.

The service at this location is amazing! I met the most wonderful employee named Sarah who was friendly and welcoming . She made my shopping experience so comfortable with her sweet smile and friendly conversation! I will definitely be back to this location thanks to her service!

I love driving in california. Especially with all these good looking nice big truck stops. About 150 parking spots, only 20 are not reserved. Damn... should join this mafia to get a cut of this money.. money hungry state is banking on the bucks

I went and put $40 on the pump, i went to put my gas in and only $20 was put on. Because of thats i had gone back in to make cashier aware and to receive the remainder in fuel. I spoke with the cashier and she said she was "pretty" sure that i only gave $20. After having 2 female cashier's speak to me so rudely and accusing me of trying to get more gas than i paid for, I asked them to check the cameras and they would not finally one of their other colleagues counted the register and it came to exactly $20 over. Given this experience i will not be returning to this location and i truly hope that other customers do nothing have the experience that i did.

I give the employees and manager there do on keeping the facility clean and the shower spotless . But when it comes down to that parking when is reserved the reserve signs should be put in their proper place at all times not piled up in a corner when you're supposed to know to dare reserve when is no labeling on the ground tried to addressed this to the manager and side but I guess she's getting paid under-the-table to let her friends park where they want to. Oh yes everyone knows when you pay for reserved parking you put your receipt and a window for these 2 campers parked in the parking lot area will you get gas for cars wears their receipt....plus you lie. I was gonna give this place a higher rating - but I paid for Premium Wifi for 24 hours and it barely works. Keeps disconnecting on me every 2-3 minutes, then I have to reconnect. Terribly annoying and I want my money back. Also - people put their personal cars in truck spots to reserve space for themselves - then I have to go pay $20 for “Reserved Parking” because all the free spots are taken. Feels like a scam. UPDATE: someone stole my power cables (tractor to trailer) during the night, this was after I posted original review.

It was so disturbing to have come in. Workers respond to was " i think we dont have any" when I asked if they had any large cups!!! Without even checking. All i went in 4 was water" he gonna charge me as if it was a beverage. I said " it's only water" his reply was we don't have option 4 water on this register!!!! ?
