Very helpful staff and amazing experience! I managed to buy a couple’s set for my parent’s anniversary. They got me a new piece from the back and they absolutely loved it. Would recommend coming here for a traditional and classy gift.

Took my Fossil watch for a battery change and they popped one of the stones in front of the watch. When I told employee that, the one with curly hair said that it was already like that when the other employee gave her the watch (it was not). When I voice that it must have happened when they were hammering the watch to pop the back, she kept telling me that it must have happened before. The watch had a sentimental value and now it has a broken stone. They also damaged the case when chiseling the watch.

Disappointing Experience with Front Desk Staff - Rating: 1/5

Today, I visited the store, but my experience was marred by the rude behavior of the front desk staff. The staff member I interacted with showed no interest in addressing my queries and seemed completely disengaged. Her unhelpful and unfriendly attitude made me feel unwelcome and unvalued as a customer.

As a result, I decided to walk out of the store without making the intended purchase of watches, which was a shame since I was looking forward to it. The poor service and unfriendly demeanor of the front desk staff left a sour taste in my mouth, and I would think twice before visiting this store again.

Notably, I have been a loyal customer since 2018, and this is the first time I've experienced such poor service. I hope the management takes my feedback seriously and takes necessary steps to improve the customer service experience. A friendly and helpful staff can make all the difference in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

On July 4th, me & my wife visited this Fossil outlet and had an incredibly disappointing and upsetting experience. Two female employees with curly hairs, including one named Janelle, were extremely rude and unprofessional.

From the moment I walked in, it was clear they were not interested in providing any assistance. Worse yet, we overheard them making racist comments, which is absolutely unacceptable and shocking in this day and age.

I am appalled by the behavior of these employees and strongly advise management to address this issue immediately. No customer should ever have to endure such treatment. This experience has ensured that I will never return to this store, and I will be sharing my experience with others to warn them of the toxic environment fostered here.

Amazing and kind staff! They were very helpful and helped make my shopping experience great. Although, I am very upset with the fact that there was a constant buzz of children running around unchecked! It was challenging to shop with the level of noise and activity but the associates were the reason why I gave this place such a great review! ? I just hope that people learn how to parent and control their kids next time they enter a store!

I came in looking for a watch. At first I wanted a watch with the belt, but the sales associate Luis helped me find other watches that looked better. I ended up going for a silver watch with the chain. They gave me a fresh piece and even cut the chain so it fit on my wrist. I would definitely suggest coming here if you need to buy a gift or if you just want to treat yourself.
