This brand had amazing products at an affordable price! Pulse the customer service is AMZING Eian was super helpful when it came to making my purchase easy as can be he even engraved it for me on the spot GIVE HIM A RAISE.

Want to thank Ian for the help this week. I have bought Fossil watches all my life but very rarely need to, probably 4-5 in my life. I haven't been to this store in a long time. I have an Armani Exchange watch that doesn't fit me (made by Fossil). He pointed me in the right direction for getting a replacement band. Very little for his shop, but took the extra step to take care of me.

Everyone here is just so amazing and friendly, I've gotten to know everyone over the years I've frequented here, and really they have the most outstanding customer service!! I love how they'll help find whatever you need and won't pressure you into buying anything if you don't want to. I love the selection and variety of everything, it's just wonderful.

I looked online and knew what I want, was a great quick in and out experience, was offered help setting up my new smart watch, nice gesture though I already knew how, great service, and my watch is fantastic!

Just had such a good experience with the manager at the Roseville store. I was gifted a fossil watch for my high school graduation and never owned a watch before but I loved it (wore it almost everyday). I needed a new strap as part of mine broke. The manager was so nice to me and gave me a card so I could come back with the watch and see about getting it replaced. I ended up going home and coming right back. Customer service was great and I will be able to pick up a replacement next week.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I was helped by Alex and he was willing to spend time with me to make sure that I was getting the right watch. I have purchased several watches from this store over the years and Alex was one of the most helpful people I've ever worked with at Fossil. That being said, I've never had a bad experience at this store, the entire staff is amazing.

Courtney is the best! She has excellent customer service and cares about the customer. My only complaint is that she makes me want to come spend more money. Hahaha. Seriously though thanks Courtney for being so great. My girlfriend walked out saying how she wanted to hug her because she is so nice.

I had the best customer service at this store. I mean truly exceptional service, and i will tell everyone i know about it. Colby, the young man who helped me was amazing. I walked in thinking i knew what i wanted and when i realized i didnt know he spent over 2 hours helping me get exactly what i needed, which turned out to be the most amazing graduation gift for my future husband! Thank you so much Colby!
