I went in this past saturday to get some bolts to hang a tv. One of the workers "mike" was working on his weed eater and didnt even bother to help me. I stood there waiting for a while and he never even offered to help, just kept doing his own thing. Was about ready to leave the store and go elsewhere when another worker vince finished helping a customer and came over to help me. He was nice and helped me find what I needed to hang my tv but I shouldnt have had to wait around while the other guy did absolutely nothing. disappointing to say the least.

Drive up from Lemoore on Sunday day to get my screens redone. The guy I called said they do them at the fowler location because the Kingsburg location doesn't. I walk in, and the kid tells me that the only person who does it is only here weekday mornings. So much for the quality I use to know ACE HARDWARE for.
