Went in for back glass replacement on my iPhone. Good price but when I got it back my main camera focus no longer was working right. Went back in, he didn’t want to make it right, said update the software, knowing very well he applied too much heat removing that back glass. So camera ruined and I’m SOL on trade in value. If you do go here I suggest get videos of your phone before and after so you got proof if he messes up.

I have a Samsung Galaxy A14 and I dropped my phone facedown on the sidewalk and it completely shattered the screen. I called Fox Phone Repair and they gave me an estimate to repair the screen over the phone which was a lot cheaper than other places in town. They fixed my phone in about half an hour, as well as having screen protectors and cases available. Overall, great experience and affordable prices!!! Highly recommend!!

They deserve zero star. Took ipad for screen repair and it took them 3 hours to finish when they told me that it only will take an hour. I picked up the ipad but they messed up the screen, there is a black mark on screen and it’s pretty obvious. They ruined the home button as well. It’s so hard to push the home button and sometimes it doesn’t even respond, I have to press it so hard for it to work. Do not take anything to these guys to repair because they will ruin it for sure.

Came in for an apple watch sensor repair, ended up with a broken screen and incorrect part installed. They later ordered me a “new” watch to replace then tried to charge me more than the agreed price. The “new” watch had multiple deep scratches on the screen and across the bezel. Never going back. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Horrible place!! The guy fixed my daughters phone and now her camera don’t work right and other stuff called them the guy was very rude!! And asked my daughter for her phone number when she’s a married women. Then when my phone was fixed they told me no taxes then he charged me 21$ extra for taxes. Rip off they need to be shut down and I think there getting peoples info they asked for my pass code I shoulda of read the reviews there bad
