I really love our Fred Meyers. I think they have reasonable prices compared to the other option in town. The staff is always very pleasant, never really any lines for checkout and since the remodel they are happy to help you find where things got moved to. The app is great as well and they have great deals every week.

I shop this store out of convenience more than anything. They have a pretty good selection and if you load coupons, can save some money.
The problem is the staffing… more often than not, especially near the dairy section, there’s always a group of employees standing around blocking the aisle then acting annoyed that you’re trying to get by with your cart, complaining loudly about other employees and customers. Cussing as well. We’re all human, but this is super unprofessional.

FM is close by, and it has most everything we need. If they had more vegan friendly options, I may have rated it a 5, but...there is always room for improvement. 😉
The employees have always been very friendly & helpful.

It's not a bad store once you get inside. The parking lot is littered with houseless and mentally unwell that can be aggressive.

The Starbucks is new and remodeled which is nice, prices seem a bit high and selection low due to everything converting to Kroger brand. Produce tends to be readily available and fresh.

Employees are always so kind and offer me help out when I’m there solo with my baby💛 More limited selection for natural/free & clear cleaners than other stores but aside from that I usually can get everything I need.

Been waiting for months for the men's room to reopen, and all the toilet paper dispensers are broken. No more paper towel dispensers - only disgusting air dryers. Why did it take so long to get a worse bathroom than before. The remodel makes zero sense. The most popular, congested parts of the store are jammed with extra displays to allow even less room for carts to navigate around. The displays are always blocking access to the merchandise on the shelves. Pet supplies used to all be on one aisle. Baby supplies used to be on one aisle. Now, both things are split between 2 separate aisles, respectively. What a shame.

I like that every time I go to Fred Meyers I never have to check my receipts to see if the coupons I clipped were honored, this is extremely convenient for me because I forget to double check.

Been having issues with fresh produce the last couple months. End up throwing away a good 50% of my fresh berries every week... which is odd because berries should be a decent quality since it's summer! We usually use the pick up service which is great and convenient... but will stop using that and will shop elsewhere as much as I can after today's experience.

I normally don't inspect my groceries at pickup but since we've been having issues I decided to check them out before driving away. As I suspected... the strawberry container looked about 3/4 full. I asked the associate if they charge by weight, she said yes, she also said they pull out the rotten ones before giving them to whoever is buying them.... okay then.... checked my receipt and no they charge by container. So paying for food I'm not getting and also feeding my kids strawberries that were sitting next to rotten ones. I rinse the fresh produce I use before giving it to my kids but that's probably not enough to get rid of rotten contamination from a neighboring bad strawberries. Called and put in a complaint but never know how far that goes so decided to leave a review here. On the phone they offered a new container of strawberries for me, but didn't offer a refund. Would like to know if their process changes in regards to quality before buying again.

I get the pickup is a free service still but man I'd almost rather be charged for it to ensure I actually get what I pay for.
