Pat O’Brien is the best service advisor in Fremont. Always nice, professional and helpful! Wouldn’t take my 4Runner to anyone else. He’s been taking care of all our Toyotas for years. We have a Tacoma, 4Runner and FJ Cruiser and they have gotten nothing but the best service from him. We off-road all three and he keeps them in tip top shape.

Please go buy a car here! I had Manuel as my salesman and if I could give him 10 stars I would. He was straight forward and very professional! I was looking at Toyota in livermore and dealt with some super rude people. Then i came to fremont toyota and it was a breath of fresh air. They were fair and honest with their prices and overly kind! I would definitely buy another vehicle from them! 10/10 would tell anyone and everyone to go and purchase a car from this place! Ask for Manuel and you wont be disappointed!

Amazing staff and very friendly from when you first arrive. The sales rep did what he could to help me take the SUV that i have been looking at for a while in there lot, once everything was in my favor they went above and beyond to get me the best interest rate imaginable and actually succeeded. Roderick Buttram…I could never thank him enough for all his time and efforts. We purchased a 4runner and Camry end of 2023. Unfortunately the Camry was involved in accident and totaled. Stressed out and not knowing what to do. I called Roderick and asked him if he could see what options we had. After thoroughly reviewing our application he got us into a 2024 Camry. He didn’t stop there…. he went the extra mile and pulled up our now totaled Camry sale paperwork and advised that we had Gap insurance, which I thought we didn’t.
