Showed up to this place with hopes to leave with a new camper shell. As I walked in the associate at the front desk didn’t even acknowledge me just looked up and I greeted him and got nothing in return. In hopes to still do business with this company I waited around for about 15 minutes and not one person acknowledged my presence. Pretty unfortunate to get such poor customer service from a place with good reviews. Please do better for your future customers

I bought my Tacoma used and it came with a leer shell, the hinges were loose and the shocks were old so I brought it in to see what they advised, Anthony helped me and right away I got a family owned type customer service vibe from him. He was beyond helpful so I brought my truck back a second time for them to reseal it. The level of customer service from everyone here is something you get from a rural small town in the Midwest or the south or from 60 years ago, it simply doesn’t exist anymore especially here in California. Turns out Anthony is the grandson of the original owner, not only is his customer service exceptional but you can tell his folks raised him right. Also the prices were more than fair, places like this simply don’t exist anymore so it was beyond refreshing to see one that does. I can honestly say if all business or even people conducted themselves like these guys the world would be a much better place.

Will is always super helpful and knowledgeable. All of the staff are friendly and respectful. They almost always have anything I'm looking for and even if they don't they can have it in stock in a timely manner.
