This team is AMAZING.

We've been taking our company trucks and vans to Fuller for over 20+ years. They can handle anything you throw at them. They outfit our trucks with a toolbox, pipe rack, and diesel tanks. Then outfit our vans with racks storage containers and even tow packages. If you need a camper to a tonneau cover, they have it all. Great customer service and a pleasure doing business with. Really frustrated, getting angrier and angrier with each reminder of this business' work each rainy season, and still thoroughly confused by how they're still a reputable company.

We commissioned Fuller to install our snugtop on Clifford, our big red truck as soon as we got him. Scheduling and communications back then were slow but it made since there was a back order of many truck-related things after pandemic. Since we've had the truck, we've noticed a ton of really small, dismissable and therefore forgivable details like stripped screws shot in crooked and in all sorts of directions (when I thought it is pretty apparent how one hole = one direction).

The main and most upsetting concern is how the snug top ended up being installed with missing padding/insulation which has led to water leaking through the windows and in between what's supposed to be the snug crevice between the camper and the truck bed. We've had to rush in there to wipe down and clear out mold when it rains, and or have one person hold towels inside when car washing. We had a record rain season last year.. and we're expecting the same these coming months.

Since we've caught these details, we've emailed, called, and left messages after messages for advice, assistance, or frankly, recompensable action. Please be careful if you're seeking to do business with them.

I am so unhappy with there customer service. I think this is the first review I have ever written but I feel very compelled to get this out. I ordered a shell October 20th, I was told it would be 6-8 weeks and It turned out to be closer to 12. I got the shell and noticed it was hard to close. I continued to have trouble with it opening while driving and tried to have them simply adjust/fix the problem when I stopped by. They said they couldn't spare a technician for even a minute to look at my shell. I left that day and tried to call another when I had off work and again they said they couldn't spare a tech that to look at it. They did say that I could make an appointment at there convenience to look at it, which would mean I would have to take another day off work. Really bummed that I have to work so hard to have them fix something I paid top dollar for. I will continue to give my negative opinion of Fuller Truck Accessories to anyone I hear that is in the market for a shell.
