I sent an email late at 9pm that my phone had been run over on a city street - maybe more than once. Got a response that night. Brought it in to the shop at 10am the next morning. Was told it'd be fixed in an hour. Went back to shop at 12pm and walked out with it fixed and possibly better than it was before the road-rash incident. EXCELLENT, excellent service and company. Replaced a cracked screen but the replacement screen wasn't quite right. Replaced again and then the touchscreen was glitching. I don't remember if it was 3 or 4 screens we went through but this one finally works. I'm impressed with how patiently and professionally he resolved the issue, despite the setbacks which were out of his control, and at no extra cost.

I took my daughter's phone to a Genius Bar appointment with Apple store. The person at Genius Bar quickly announced the phone dead. My only choice is to pay over $340 to perform "rear end repair" which will wipe out all the data. My daughter was really sad as she have all her high school photos on the phone and they were not saved on iCloud. After checking around, I went to GadgeFix a few blocks away and a guy quickly diagnosed a bad battery, replaced with a new one and brought the phone back to life. Costed me only $100 and not to mention the recovery of memories that worth so much more. My daughter was thrilled. I saw the great reviews prior to entering into the store, hearing customers' compliments in the store, and was totally impressed with the great service and skills of the staff.
