Always love it there friendly staff... Always asking if I need help I have membership so I get $5 every month so yup my daughter is always ready at least when it's the 1st of the month hahaha

Bad experiences overall went in to trade some high dollar items and offered a quarter of what their own site offered. Would not do business with this location better off driving to a near by city for better quality and business.

I took my Xbox 360 it has everything to it works good I have 25 different games and 4 good working controllers and this man says he will GIVE ME $1 or $8 in store credit I laughed at him and said no. Just because it's missing the peice of plastic that covers the memory thing it's only $15 bucks to get that peice.

Totally trash business!!! Bought used PlayStation 5 and took it back next day dissatisfied due to controller not charging properly and wanted a full refund wanted to go a different way! They said it was against their policy to do a refund and just swapped me out with another one! They need to have better management and be upfront with their customers in the beginning if they wanna keep them anyway totally done with them won’t be back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
