This is by far the best run Ace Hardware I have ever seen! It's huge by Ace Hardware standards and super well stocked. They even stock a lot of premium items that I haven't seen in any other Ace Hardware.

Elderly lady who runs the front line is always extremely cold and rude and 6 to 7. 7. Elderly gentlemen who walk around and don't know where anything is or about any services or trades. Literally everything is locked up and impossible to get to stop paying so many useless people and maybe your prices wouldn't be 40% more than home Depot. Just go to Healdsburg lumber or spend 5 minutes going to Windsor

I strongly discourage anyone from purchasing any kind of equipment requiring service at this store. I bought a mower from them a year ago, and it worked fine until the drive belt went bad, which isn't unusual. The unusual part is that I've been waiting 6 weeks for it to be fixed. They now say they'll order the belt and call me when it's ready. Steer clear of this outfit!

Wasn't a good experience this time. Usually I have good experiences there. I needed to exchange my propane for a cookout this weekend and I was told they did have but they don't have, whatever that means. It is their product, so I took it to the gas station and got it filled. I am suppose to be asked if I am a Rewards member so my purchase will go towards it and he didn't ask. So after the purchase I asked him what about my rewards and he said we don't do that.....lol.

I live in Rohnert Park. My experiences with Garrett's in Healdsburg has been so positive that I will drive the distance . It's the employees that make the difference compared to other hardware and garden stores. Even the way they answer their phone, so friendly.
