From the beginning, buying stuff from a great sales person, like Tad Kimbler, getting parts from all the guy great guys at the parts counter. To one of the best service managers in Mike that I’ve dealt with in any brand of equipment or vehicles. Garton in Ukiah is a great place all around to buy any machinery that you might need for your farm.

I'm not sure how they have almost 5 starts , I had a driver picking up a tractor for one of my customers, they were rude and unprofessional in all ways.

How these guys manage to show up as 4.8 stars is beyond me. It took 4 phone calls to get an appointment for service on a Kubota excavator. Now the day of service waiting over 2 hours and 2 phone calls for the first service call of the day and nothing has happened. I guess when you're the only game in town you get to be irresponsible with no consequence.

3 hours later. To their credit, they've corrected wrong information on their end and implemented a change in phone procedure. Hopefully that does the trick for preventing issues in the future.
