Bought an Android Tesla Style Panel for my 2006 Lexus GS300. Thought to install myself after watching YouTube videos but found out Best Buy can do. Jairo Martinez was honest in his abilities to install system with back up camera. Unable to fully connect camera he sought guidance from other techs and through team effort, completed what seem to be a difficult task. Super happy with outcome. Great job, thank you Best Buy Auto Techs!

The new Geek Squad only fixes products that you purchase from them. Tried to have my son console fix which was a gift, so I'm not sure we're it was purchased. We're not helpful. It was only the HDMI portion that they had fixed on my computer before. Maybe it was a liability issue. Oh yeah this was after I called customer service and they said they did.

The geek squad here is pretty good. Had good service here everytime i came. The people really make it the 5 star. You migh have to wait a bit before you are seen, but you never get rushed when you are seen.
