My child told me last night that the soft pedal on the piano was broken. With only two weeks left before the grade exam, having the piano break down was truly nerve-wracking. I tried contacting the German piano store, and they understood our urgency, promising to handle it as soon as possible. But neither my son nor I expected this: the Artist and Concert Technician, Mr. Huang, came personally to repair and tune our piano! Despite his fully booked schedule for the next two weeks, he worked overtime on a rainy night to help us today. I was so moved that I didn’t know what to say, but Mr. Huang humbly remarked that he always strives to help his loyal customers. After Mr. Huang’s tuning, my child played the piano and smiled, saying it was perfect—our upright piano now feels like a grand piano! It’s truly amazing! Thank you, Mr. Huang, for your admirable skill and character, and thanks to the piano store staff for their warm and attentive care!

One of the best piano tuning I have ever seen, maybe even the best in the world . My piano hasn't been tuned for 4 years , Edison is able to tune my piano in such perfect tune within no time , even after 4 years without tuning he managed to finish tune my piano in 2 hours. I was so much surprised after the tune , the sound is rich and polished, it shows the full potential of my piano and above, it's almost like I'm playing a different piano that costs way more than what my piano is capable of. I have recently moved from San Diego to Pasadena, and my Petrof grand piano really needed to be tuned after a couple times of moving. Edison is exceptional in his knowledge about pianos, and he performed the tuning very professionally. He asked me what quality of sound I would prefer for my piano, then really took his time in tuning every key to its best range. Two hours later, my piano came out to produce the most beautiful sounds I have ever heard from it! Thank you for doing such a wonderful job.
