The store owner is very rude, and there is an overweight sales associate that is like a shadow, following you around and watching your every move. I would rather shop at Ulta Beauty, where you are treated with decencey, even though they are higher in price. You get what you pay for.

My review keeps getting taken down i cant believe the store is protecting predators. A distinctive built female employee or security, i don’t know her position whose name I believe is Rosa or Maria, followed my grandchildren and me around the store. She stood standing still and stared at the kids like she was on something, putting her hand on her hip in a odd manner, as well as coming behind us purposefully and staring hard as we left. Please hire better employees and do a background check; she made my young grandchild feel very uncomfortable. I really enjoy shopping here as the products are cheap and great quality. Her actions were peculiar, it also made me feel as if we were followed because of our race, what a shame, no customer should feel harrased when shopping.

The man at the register is helpful and friendly. The overweight female employee, however, follows customers around the store, acting as though she couldn't make it any less obvious by going right next to you and staring at you straight in the eye. She acts as though every customer is going to steal something, even at high-end beauty stores they don't do this, which made me feel extremely uneasy and irritated.

Rude. Son was squeaking a toy and the dude at the register says "do you mind?!" In this annoyed tone. Could have said "please don't play with the toys", which is still a silly thing but at least nicer. My kid is a super introvert and doesn't touch things usually but found something silly. The guy made him cry and that is NOT okay.

I love Glitter, they have affordable makeup and nail polish. The staff is always kind and helpful. Would highly recommend checking out.

i would give this place no stars but you have to put one but wasnt even worth one star. i was shopping with some friends when i opened a case of make up. didnt even open the package this man says what are you doing opening it. i then proceeded to tell him we were doing nothing with it. he continued to say rude things and followed me through the store. poor quality customer service in which i would never back again. for anyone looking at this review i suggest no one go here if you want good customer service bc you'll never get it here.
