I have been a faithful customer since I moved to town mid 2024 and come in a minimum of once a week, or more. I had accumulated quite a bit of points (well over $50, as far as I can remember). They ended up switching to a new system and all my prior points were lost. They claimed they had signs up, but never once was it brought to my attention during a purchase.

After complaining to the staff, they offered nothing to make the situation right. I am choosing to take my business elsewhere, as a result.

I've got 90 % of my smoke from this place for the last 3 years. Today I wanted to use my accumulated credits to buy a dabber. I was told I have $1. 53 in credits and that they recently canceled the old credits so I'll need to start over
