Amazing experience. I believe her name was Liz? Anyways, she is fantastic. We purchased my engaged ring there today. We had fun picking a ring, laughing and she showed me great ideas about what to do when my fingers swell because of an autoimmune disease. The ring i picked at 11am today was too small, and she said she would try her hardest to resize it before they closed at 3. At 1:45 she called and told me it was ready. It was the perfectly sized and looked even better than when i originally grabbed it. I will definitely be returning for the custom wedding band.
