CAPSTONE LUMPER. That means they take each pallet apart and count the product on your clock and large lumper fees. So expect to be here for hours while they unload. No parking despite their large parking lot.

I would recommend staying at the Guilderlands Travel Plaza just Northeast on i-90 EB. There's a lot of parking and restrooms 24/7 rather than risking parking illegally on the side of the road. It's takes 20min to get her from there and Garmin gets confused plotting here. Just continue EB, exit through the Adirondack Highway south, take 20 all the way west to 146 to the industrial park. Garmin thinks a section of 20 is off limits to trucks because a parking lot sign saying No Trucks has rotated to somewhat face the road lol

My experience actually wasn’t that bad, were expecting worst according to the other reviews. They (price chopper) start receiving at 5 am. Came in at 2 am for 5 am appointment, waited here until 5 am, checked in and has been given door right away. Received guy was very nice and friendly. Finished unloading in about 2 hr. Maybe because I was first and the only truck at that time. Also finished my 10 here. The only downside - $425 lumper fee. Otherwise - fare experience. Would come back if it’ll be same as this time.

Truckers . Never come to this place !!! They will have you wait for hours to get unloaded!!! After unloading they count every single boxes from all the pallets , doesn’t matter, even full truck load , even though you have a seal, you will have to wait for 6-7 hrs for them just to count the packages and hand you signed BOL . Don’t deliver to this place !!! Its will ruin your whole day !!! Super Rude warehouse workers !!! When asking when will they unload us , we already stuck here for few hours , they said to wait in truck otherwise they will call police , TF, already missed my next appointment for PU!! what a waste of time coming here !!!

The worst place to make deliveries. Taking more than 6 -8 hrs to unloaded. Ridiculous. Lazy people ever

This is the worst place I can go:

1. They treat you super bad
2. It was delayed downloading from 5 hours onwards
3. Arrive at the time of the appointment because if it is not worse
4. They do not have bathrooms
5. lomper is very expensive

Actually they treat you very badly and everyone is angry.

I do not recommend anyone, truck owners or drivers, to come to this place.

They don’t alone overnight parking, however, there’s a few street parking before the security gate. The Guards will let you through, but will kick you out if you’re trying to stay overnight. They open at 5am and don’t go earlier than a few mins before.

Ps there was also an almost $500 lumper fee.

Great stuff! Plus, we forgot our paperwork and Gary, great guy, went through all the troubles to find it, scan it and send it to us!

Guidance: No. The Motor Carrier Act of 1980 made it illegal to coerce someone into unwanted loading or unloading and require payment for it (49 U.S.C. 14103). The FMCSA is responsible for the enforcement of regulations forbidding coercion in the use of lumpers.
