The people there were super nice and friendly. I was greeted after entering the building. The prices are very affordable. I found this luggage for $10. I would definitely go back.

This Goodwill is on the smaller side and the building seemed quite old and dated. They had a nice selection of children’s items including clothing and toys. There are signs on the ends of the clothing racks, labeling different items, such as “Ladies Shirts,” “Men’s Pants” etc. That made it easy to find what you were looking for. The houseware section had a lot of nice items with pots and pans, lamps and more.

Nothing is organized properly. Yes clothes are organized by color but good luck finding things within your size range...especially with the jeans

I stopped making donations to Goodwill, I now donate to the Veterans. Went here about 3 months ago, needed a price on an item, employee said let me ask a manager, he walked back and forth with his cart, totally ignoring us. Finally said it can't be priced for some reason and he had to take it off the floor. Last time I'm coming here.

This Goodwill is another within the group of San Joaquin stores that is very poorly managed. In particular, at this location there were numerous items on the sales floor that were not tagged. When the manager was approached for assistance, she was definitely unhelpful, stating they were unable to either put a tag on the item or assign a price to it. Suggestion to come back tomorrow, but then also stated no holds as "it wasn't fair". I rather think it's not "fair" (or a best practice!) to display merchandise in the sales area without pricing in the first place, but hey...it's Goodwill, right?

I have nothing bad to say about the items that are sold at the store, but I do about one of the employees. My friend and I went to this location on March 15th around 12:30pm. They had a rack ready to be worked out on the floor, one of the employee’s friends was looking through it with no trouble. We took a quick look after (not taking anything off) and the said employee yelled across the store for us to not touch the rack. It was super rude and unprofessional, she came up to us and was super condescending. I have no problem understanding we couldn’t look through the rack, but if you’re going to yell at us, you have to tell your friend the same exact thing. I hope she’s spoken to about this.

This is place prices are over priced to compare other places goodwill. This place is very mean to customers. They don’t allow you try pants and clothes in store . After you go home realize not fit then when you go back exchange it , they have limitations to you said pants only change pants, can’t change shorts, clothes only change clothes, can’t not change dress. We donate items to them but they try to have rules and policies to fool customers. I will never donate anything to goodwill.
