I've been here a couple previous times and was not pleased with the service we got. But I went last night and I'm glad I did because not only did I get a couple great deals on some pants, but the service was amazing. It was extremely busy but the cashier's were very nice and was quick to get us done and on to the next customer. Last night they totally redeemed themselves in my book.

The lady with long black hair shaped like a tomato super fair skin and short has the worst attitude today. I would prefer to have left my order but my friend really needed those items. Please employ kinder people not such rude ones.

I had family coming from Mexico and they had never been to a Goodwill store, I explained to them how they work and they wanted to go and check it out. It was my first time at this location (just moved to Yuba City) and I found a great pair of black out curtains for my bedroom and they were like new and beautiful and the best part: only $6.99 per curtain! At stores they average $29.99 to $34.99 so it was a good deal. My daughters wanted all the toys lol.

Last week, I visited the Goodwill Colusa Avenue Store to drop off a pickup load of clothing and bedding. Upon driving to the back of the store, I was warmly greeted by a friendly attendant who promptly unloaded all the boxes from my vehicle. The service was efficient and courteous, making the entire experience very pleasant. This positive interaction definitely ensures that I will be coming back again to support and utilize their services.

Lately few times i have been there the prices are astronomical. Many times you can go buy same items new for only a few dollars more.

Prices are Crazy High. Lots of things are broken, and they charge like they are new. I don't go to any goodwill anymore. There are so many other thrift stores that don't overcharge. I won't t donate there either.

I read a previous review about this store being unrealistically "pricey" so I thought I'd go and see for myself. It's true.
Now, even though you cannot buy these items in a store for this little, none of the items within these walls are new either.
Not sure if it's Kalifornia or just this store, but this store is more expensive than ANY other Goodwill I've been to.
Won't be back.

Highest prices in a good will ever. The customer service is as you might expect too. The lady said one price and changed her mind like? How.. anyways not worth the trip
