I came by around 3pm and had the misfortune to be helped by a guy(he never told me his name) who was probably 70years old 5 foot 3 with white hair. This employee was extremely unprofessional and rude and after giving him about half of the stuff we had to donate he started to be mean and demand that we left because in his words we “are to much of a hassle and not worth his time because they had to many other customers to help” when there was literally no one in line behind us as you can see in the picture and then after we told him we’d leave he continued to berate us and tell us we were not worth his time. 10/10 would recommend potential customers go else where

Donations-had same experience as Audisse, another reviewer. I put clothes in bags so they wouldn't get dirty and then in boxes. The guy came out, I said "Hi" and he grunted. He took everything out and threw it all over before he would take another box. I'm sure people buying these things will be happy they are a mess. I said, "Do you want books?" He didn't answer. I finally just handed them to him and drove away. Someone needs a "friendly skills" class. I probably will drive to Gresham next time, just to avoid the nightmare there.

Update: Went back one more time to give another chance. The rep was better, but still throwing things out of boxes. Those carts are not clean and I went to the trouble of washing the clothes. It is frustrating me. I tried Gresham, and a much better experience.

Hands down one of the best Goodwill's I've ever been in! I'm from NC. The Goodwill's in Oregon are definitely higher priced, however the quality of the selection is well worth it!

Bought a bag 3 days ago that was not functional to me went to take it back with the receipt and was told they couldnt take it back because the tag was not on it. Even though they marked with a white marker inside the purse and the receipt clearly shows when and what bought. Goodwill expects you to carry around wear etc they stuff with their tag on just so you can return it. I stopped shopping at Goodwill because they use our donations to profit off us. I could not beleive what the people of goodwill made salary wise. Before buying used over priced items at goodwill check poshmark or ross or marshalls before buying from a goodwill you will notice that you can get brand new for cheaper then from goodwill. Donate to places that dont profit off your stuff you donate. Pregnancy centers, Morrison Family Child centers take donations. Tons of places that wont profit off your donations and give you that tax write off. Alot of places will come pick up your things as well. DONT BUY FROM GOODWILL. DONT DONATE TO GOOD WILL.

Were here on 9th of December 2023. Absolutely unacceptable behavior of the staff, they closed the store in advance, although there were still 15 minutes before closing, before 8pm (i attached photo as well)!!! They were impolite and almost kicked me out of the store with my child who was actually almost crying, I don’t recommend it and I won’t visit again, I would really like to talk to the manager of this particular establishment about certain employees!! I have really popular page on Instagram where I will describe in all details my experience visiting this store! Thanks! Never again!!

Recently tried to drop off donations. It was me and another couple there. The guy taking the donations was going through everything little thing. If you had a box he would make you take everything out and wouldn't take half of the stuff. Told me the shoes I was donating looked " used" i told him they are that is why I'm donating them to good will. Would take any of the cups I brought ( that were in good shape) and the clothes looked " dirty" I told him they were clean and not sure what he was talking about. It was literally just a box of stuff to donate. He took maybe 3 items. Myself and the other couple that were there left with the majority of our donations still. I will not be back to this location. It was the most ridiculous experience at a Goodwill I ever had

I come in here quite often. My most recent transaction they tried to say that someone switched a tag on a piece of clothing I was buying. If you’re going to already price gouge DONATED items you shouldn’t penalize your customers when you consider something priced too low at checkout. How would a tag on an item of clothing even be switched out in the first place?! They’re paper tags and it wasn’t ripped or anything! I was spending close to $100 today and canceled my entire transaction due to this. A few months ago I alerted you when a customer stuffed a backpack full of items and left the store, your employees did nothing. I will never be shopping at a goodwill again. And maybe make sure your employees are pricing things accordingly and not blaming customers 🤷🏻‍♀️ because that sure seems like the case here. This would NEVER happen at normal retail, they would honor the price for the customer. I would also like to say, the article of clothing was a small. I was buying it for a friend, I am not a small. The manager had the AUDACITY to say “are you sure you were meaning to buy a small?” I’m taking that as her calling me fat? Like are you kidding me? That was my final straw on not buying any of the items I had at check out today. Clearly your “management” needs more training on how to handle situations.

Sadly, prices here are unaffordable for the average person. You are better off shopping the clearance sections in other stores, pay less and get new clothing/items.

You can still have a positive experience.
It’s a clean store and the employees were friendly and greeted me as I walked in.

Go up
