I was pleasantly surprised on how much inventory this Goodwill has while still being very clean. The employees were all very nice as well as helpful. I did have a question that one employee wasn't sure about so they asked the managers to come help me. The manager was very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend the Red Bluff Goodwill.

Prices are getting ridiculous. Same item, same condition but one is priced 50% higher than the other. When questioned, the answer was "it depends on who priced it that day". So no general pricing guidelines, just whatever the minimum wage worker in the back wants to price it at that day That's BS. Red Bluff GW you suck now

Over priced garbage service. The manager was rude and worthless. There are other better place to shop Will no longer be going here.

So is changing the price at the register something thats normal here? There have been several times i grabbed an item with their price tag on it, and then when i get to the register all a sudden the price drastically increases, along with the attitude they give

Lots of good stuff and great prices. My only complaints are our cashiers didn't have the best customer service. They didn't seem to even want to be there. I'm ok with checking phones at work, but don't do it in the middle of a transaction. We needed a manager for getting double charged,and they waited a good minute before calling one up to help.

Waited in line e for 20 minutes. Cashier asked for help. But nobody came. Today I stood by the jewelry box/lock box and waited for assistance after waiting for 10 minutes I grabbed an item from the side and cashier asked me not to go back there. Totally fine but idiot still didn't assist me. Not sure why this dude is employed still he's rude everytime I've come in and flirts with the other cashier.

This place is like a regular store. The set up is user friendly and they have multiple check out help. Not to mention ROLLING CARTS for u to put your treasures in AND their dressing rooms are open. HOPE CHEST still has the friendliest staff and Salvation Army STILL has the RUDEST employees.
