Coffee table for $25 was a great deal and it's for Goodwill..

But shout out to guy with curly hair, think his name was Alex. He was hella cool, professional, and respectful. Even helped get the table across the street for me. Thanks, Alex, appreciated your help.

Price clusterfrick was why I didn't give 5 of them thangs. Overall good store, pretty clean, hella variety, NO dressing rooms. Haven't been since Pac died so get over it

Bring back the mirrors!

I used to come here all the time and had pleasant experiences, but the recent changes have made it impossible for me to shop here anymore.

The fitting rooms remain closed and now they have removed every single mirror in the whole place! Now shoppers can’t even see if something will fit before buying.

It feels like this policy is in effect to make me buy more things (returns are only for store credit), but really it’s just made it so I don’t want to buy anything at all.

Shopping experience has greatly deteriorated -- got rid of mirrors, made aisles super tiny and jam packed to fit more clothes, I think the overcrowding has also made the store smell bad / trigger my allergies. General clothing quality has gone down. Rarely find anything good here -- and finding something good requires sifting through way too many clothes (even compared to just 1 year ago)

Just like a previous reviewer stated, this used to be a great Goodwill. I even enjoyed how they tried to make a corner of it a curated boutique for higher end items. But this last iteration is horrible! It just feels like a giant unorganized warehouse. Also the removal of mirrors seems like an additional ploy to get people to have to purchase items, because once you purchase you won’t get a refund you can only get a store credit. I do think the new people working the store are nicer.

Pro: Staff is friendly, donation drop off is easy, store is easy to navigate and spacious

Neutral: been here a couple of times and noticed selection is so-so (you never know what to come across when thrifting)

Con: better wear cloves and a mask when sifting through item and clothes. I always end up with dusty/ sticky fingers..

To the new management of this store: please can you put mirrors back in?!

No dressing rooms is one thing, no mirrors is a baffling policy. I buy less products because I have no way of knowing if it will fit, or even match my skin tone.

Used to come here all the time but the new mirror situation is really poor form for any retail store, and I suggest folks take their business elsewhere.

Amazing antique collection. I got old but good looking decorations from there. Ranju helped me find some kitchenware too. Great customer service. Multi lingual team .

Ok first let me say I used to love this place, I mean really love it. Things slowly changed, a few reasons I'm no longer a fan.

Dressing rooms closed. Covid is i over.

Design of the store. Very disorganized things just crammed in.

Prices raised to ridiculous amounts. Please remember this started as a charity.

Absolutely no mirrors in the store, which is 100% ridiculous. Imagine you like something, you cant try it on or look in the mirror. This might've been OK when it was 3.99 but the same item is worn and higher priced than the store. This is just greedy profits.

I hope someone reads this and actually pays attention . Such a shame- i hope they tear it down snd open s restaurant. Greedy terrible owners and management.
