WOW! In today’s digital day-of-age I rarely find a company that gets real customer service right as well as Gorilla Gadgets LLC does. I mean, these guys are AMAZING! They are so helpful and friendly whenever I need help of any kind. When I call or email, they answer or get back with me quickly. They’re always in a great mood, happy, and it’s honestly contagious! I’ve bought so many products and services from companies that just don’t do what they say they’ll do. But with Gorilla Gadgets LLC, that’s just not the case. From the beginning of our relationship they have delivered time and time again. And, they continue to do EXACTLY what they say they will do. Their service is amazing, my results have been above what I expected, and I can’t think of anything they could do to make my experience better. HIGHLY recommend!

Placed an order to this company on 1/4/21 through walmart.com (third party), payment accepted, taken., and I was given an order number. 1/5/21, ordered was cancelled by company.

Alleged reason for cancellation; company told walmart.com orders can not be shipped, this usually happens if its a post office box, military address, or outside of the U.S.

This was false and just a bold lie! Per company website/policy, if an address is allegedly flagged as invalid (have not ever had an issue with my address before, with walmart and various companies, ect) the company will attempt to contact a customer via phone/email if a customers information is provided, if a customer can not be reached, after 2 business days, company will cancel your order.
>Fair enough< However, this company failed to acknowledge this part of their policy. I was contacted through walmart.com for and from this company on 1/5/21 at 10:24 am pst inquiring about my address (little did I know, my order was cancelled before my response to companys' email) and 1/5/21 at 6:50 pm pst, I responded to this company and confirming my address. Please note, this was not 48 hrs (2 business days), as my order had already been cancelled. Furthermore, the company never responded to my email at all, yet, they lied to walmart.com regarding the reason why my order was cancelled, they lied on their website regarding their policy, and they took payment in full, turned around and cancelled my order, never responded, and basically a shady business. Yes, company refunded my money, however, my order was still cancelled without justification, causing further delay (until completely processed), causing an inconvenience (this was a present), making false statements and not honoring their own written policy. Despite this experience, I still sent the company an email explaining this matter, with copies of the emails, the date and times highlighted as well as a copy of company's own policy regarding the "shipping issues" section located on their website in the "about us" section, as well as but nonetheless, the statement given to walmart.com from gorilla gadgets llc with the "alleged" reason gorilla gadgets llc claimed to have cancelled my order, as a courtesy, and just to be fair, before leaving my review.

I just received my Portable treadmill and I am very pleasantly surprised. It was hard finding a quality product that would also be sleek and easy to store in my small one bedroom apartment! Love it and highly recommend it!!

This company has a great foundation as far as location for initial distribution with small parcel, assuming they have mail innovations as their primary carrier due to weight and dimensions for their products I would have expected a quicker fulfillment time regardless of volume. Nonetheless I would like to accolade them for the support team answering customers in a speedy matter. If possible I’d like to have a quick meet to share both of our utilization’s and operations as E-Com companies as I feel it would be beneficial to both parties to gain knowledge of what each and every DC has to offer.

Products are not compatible with devices listed. I purchased a screen protector from GorillaGadgets and it is not compatible with the fingerprint reader. I contacted support and they will not issue a refund on a $20 purchase due to them making faulty products. This is me warning everyone else not to purchase these products as they will not work and you will not be able to get your money back.

Purchased Bowflex 1090 (2 of them at 499.99 each) from them on Amazon. Shipping was next day but they are fake. Not bowflex at all. This is IP infringement and fraud by claiming they are bowflex weights. Wont return my Amazon emails to figure out return shipping
