What a great experience working with Chad! He came and measured for five skylight motorized blinds within a couple of days of us contacting him. Once the order was put in, the delivery was only a few weeks out and his workmanship of the install was first rate. We couldn't be happier with our purchase.

What an absolute joy to have such wonderful customer service these days. Chad returned our email immediately, contacted the manufacturer, and informed us quickly that he would be installing our bedroom blind just as soon as it arrived... the cord had broken and the blind was replaced at no charge.. even for his house call. The other reviews aren't lying. Chad and Sarah are fantastic folks to work with and highly professional.

We have two western-facing windows that are so high up the builder wouldn't even put up blinds. But it was no problem for Gotcha Covered. They swiftly installed the motorized, solar powered blinds, and gave us a remote to operate them. It's exactly what we wanted and Gotcha Covered delivered at a price we felt was quite reasonable. We are thrilled with our new blinds!

We were impressed with Chad. He was friendly and concerned for our specific needs. He showed samples, giving us different options to consider, explained how different window coverings work, etc., took measurements of our windows. He knew the products well. When we ordered, he let us know the approximate timing of the order. Later he contacted us for an appointment to install. Again at the installation he was friendly and polite, and efficient. He an his assistant were in and out in a short time, having done a great job! We are very happy with our results!

Talked with Chad at the Tacoma home show. Once we decided to move forward with blinds he came out and showed us samples and explained all the different options and styles. He is very knowledgeable and did not try to pressure us into a hasty decision. He took all the measurements and gave us a quote the same day. Once we made the decision to buy he came back to double check the measurement for our slider before placing the order. Our order took a little longer than normal due to a part shortage but Chad kept us well informed along the way. The installation was without issue. Chad programmed the remotes and wands and explained to us how to change if we need to. We are very happy with our purchase. Great Job!!

Absolutely amazing people to work with! They answered all of our questions, gave recommendations, and walked us through the options and details of each product. Top quality products and tons of options to choose from. Great communication and A+++ service from start to finish. They were always on time and did a fantastic job on the install.
