Springs Road location has awesome customer service. Was helped by a few, Big T took lots of time to help me find what I was looking for. No rush and no pressure by anyone. Good selection to find treasure.
I shop pawn shops in California, Nevada and Arizona frequently, for the last 25+ years. I know my stuff and I know when someone is trying to pull my leg. Big T seemed upfront and honest. Everyone else has also been easy going, I am just bad with names.
Will be back, solid place. I also look at their posts on Craigslist, which is what brought me back to this location. They have another location in El Cerrito that has been around forever, I shopped there often when I lived there in the late 90's.
Good luck in your treasure hunts and don't be afraid to ask questions about things you are interested in, they will actually tell you they don't know something, if they don't.l, which a older guy like me can appreciate and respect.

Omg Rose is the best. I was able to find a ring that has blue and white diamonds that signify my father. And a 14k heart for me and my bestie. Look for Rose she has excellent customer service with the personality to match.

Walked into the store today , to browse and ask a few questions about some rings i bought at a garage sale. Big T answered my questions and then assisted me with my browsing. As soon as he showed me the red tag rings , I knew I’d be spending some money! Well with his help I found an awesome ring and got a great deal . ( i think anyway )!!
