Grapevine Communications - Healdsburg, California

We couldn't be more pleased and grateful for the years of support that Grapevine Communications has provided Arista Winery. Scott Shipley is our Business Services Manager and he's fantastic. He responds almost immediately to every request, make site visits when we need support, and helps us to manage our own IT needs. He's a teacher, a mentor, a tech genius, and truly an expert in his field. In short, everything Grapevine does conveys that they are invested in our success. If you're looking to outsource IT support, go no further. Grapevine is the best around.

Grapevine Communications has been our outsourced IT team since we opened our retail winery operations back in 2008. Unapparelled service with a dedicated technician assigned to our account. Full service, professional staff always available when needed. Top Shelve... Peter Merriam Owner Merriam Vineyards

Grapevine Communications does all of the things you expect very well -- keeping your systems running efficiently, software up-to-date, and your data safe. But what sets them apart from other similar companies is when you have a problem. Then without hesitation, they get right on it until the issue is solved.

Excellent overall IT & tech support, counsel, and teamwork. We depend on their professional "can do/will do" approach. They support our ACORN Winery & Alegría Vineyards businesses & personal IT & tech needs.
