I came in today to sell some stuff to afford to go to my grandma’s funeral & such. I also wound up buying an iPad bc I wanted one 😅I think it was Joseph I worked with and - oh my god - he was so incredibly helpful, willing to work with me and the atmosphere of the place is SO NICE! He was also really friendly. I will def be coming back when I need another device.

Just got my iPhone 13 max pro battery replaced. When Best Buy turned me down for it not being low enough on battery percentage. Believe me when they say don’t say “Dammm” when you hear there prices they mean it there prices are definitely on the low low great service and extremely fast turn around I won’t take my phone to get any type of repair anywhere else.

Great selection of used phones at fair prices. They were honest and straight forward and fast.

The owner Joe honored the warranty on the screen I got replaced here in January, and gave me a whole new screen replacement when it was having touch input problems! Thanks Joe!

Best place to get your phone fixed, staff is very knowledgeable. If you need to buy a phone, they got you too. I recommend them to all my people and they are happy with the results.

I would not recommend this place. Maybe they are good at phone repairs, but my laptop repair was awful. My internal charging port of my laptop was damaged and needed to be replaced. I went with Gwireless because they were the cheapest. While that was nice, everything else was terrible. I specifically told them I needed a quick repair because I am a college student in the middle of midterms. They ended up ordering the wrong part, not calling me with any updates, not answering my calls, closed at random times, it was just the worst customer service. It took over 2 weeks to get my laptop back and the customer service was awful. Try elsewhere if customer service is a priority to you.

I wouldn’t recommend coming here. Went to fix screen but he didn’t mention that the colors be different. Basically they were more dull and greyish tones. Not to mention the fact that my phone heats up quicker, is slower, and works worser than before. I don’t know he did with it, but I’d never had problems like that before until I went here. He also makes you sign before that he isn’t responsible for the changes, when in reality they really are. Very dissatisfied with the work done here, and not worth it. Save your money and time!
