Terrible experience with Justin Sprinkle.
I was interested in the 2020 F250 6.7 LongBed in Star White they currently have. I talked to him for a few days, got info on the truck, agreed on a price, and he let me know the truck was in excellent condition and I would not find a single blemish. He let me know it was a clean title, no accidents, and only 1 owner and was in excellent condition. I let him know if I found anything that said otherwise we would have to find a different price or I just wouldn’t buy it, he agrees. We agreed on $53k OTD and I will include a 5 star review on the Google page. I drive 6 hours out to the dealership, when I arrived it was about 28 degrees outside, I was excited because I would get to cold start it, and that’s the easiest way to find out if a diesel is in good shape or not. Of course, when I arrived the trucks already sitting there running. We chat for about 20 seconds and he try’s to hurry me into driving the truck. Me and my lady hop on in, and start checking out the interior. The gauge cluster glass is scratched bad, a ton of the trim pieces within the truck have a bunch of marring and weird marks, oh well no big deal. We go take it out, engine and transmission felt good, suspension and tires felt terrible. TPMS light was on. Obviously there was something wrong. We drive back to the lot, and I realize the right side mirror isn’t moving electronically like it should… so I walk around the front to check it out and I see a splotch of paint the same color as the truck on the headlight…must’ve been in an accident I thought. I look at the fender and hood gap, not even aligned. Fender is poking out and bent. My girlfriend shouts “there’s something back here too” and I go to check it out, it looks like a kid was given a spray paint can and he went to work on the bumper and inner fenders. There was even a white piece of electrical tape where I’m guessing they forgot to paint! At this point I couldn’t help but laugh as Juston says “I’m not a body shop I don’t know to look for these things and I didn’t know they were there and didn’t know this truck was in an accident” I’m a fence contractor and found these within 2 minutes of looking at the truck. There were many more obvious tell tale signs of the truck being in an accident and half ass repairs, along with the black spray paint all over the frame and under the truck, on the breaks dust covers, driveshaft, etc… quite a bit of rust I found too which I’m guessing is what the spray paint was for. As I’m pointing all these things out he is getting visually and audibly upset, raising his voice, etc. Made my lady feel quite unsafe as well. I let him know that I understand if he didn’t take a good look at it, and that I’m still interested but we’d obviously have to change the price we agreed on as he didn’t hold up his end of the deal with an ‘excellent’ or even ‘good’ shape truck as promised. He says he won’t budge on the price as he’s already only making $250 on the sale and that some farmer will come buy it and they won’t check and don’t care about those things. I told him I feel like you’re being quite shady doing that to the local farmers around your small town, as well as a 21 year old kid that just drove 6 hours that’s trying to buy a $53,000 truck. He said it’s not shady and nobody cares about that stuff, and I said well I guess we all have different levels of integrity we hold ourselves to and he angrily yelled at me to give the keys back and leave his lot. I’m imagining that hurt his fragile ego quite a bit, but oh well. I’m not sure how this guy sleeps at night treating people, especially local farmers like this, what a terrible experience. I will be reporting this truck to carfax, and I hope nobody purchases this before it’s updated. This is a lying and dishonest business, and he knows about all the damage. If he does end up selling this rig without clarifying damage, you will have a court case on your hands and I will testify. Here I am holding up my end of the deal as well by leaving a review. Review to be updated if changes made.

We had a great experience at Hall Motor Company. Everyone in the office was friendly and helpful. Juston went above and beyond to get us the used vehicle we wanted. We appreciated him keeping us updated, answering our questions, and being the total opposite of a pushy salesman. We highly recommend this business to others.

Just bought a new vehicle from Hall Ford today. Single best car buying experience of my life. Hands down. I highly recommend you consider Hall when making your next purchase. The Sales Manager, Justin, came in on a Saturday, despite the dealership being closed, in order to accommodate us traveling from out of town. Total price transparency. No sales pressure whatsoever. Whole process took less than an hour start to finish. Really first class.

The worst place to go for an oil change. I made an appointment a week ahead. I arrived right on time. Walked in, and checked in with the service dept. From there, it became quite the theater production. One of the service people went outside and took a video of the entire vehicle. After that I waited for 20 minutes before car was taken back. I waited an half hour for oil change. That's normal. What wasn't normal was after my car was done and the tech parked my car where I could see it, I had to wait another half hour before I was able to drive home. Each time I approached the desk, Saloma told me she was getting my paperwork together. Finally, I stood right in front of her and didn't leave. She was embarrassed because she hadn't even started my paperwork. At one point, I looked for a manager, but they were all stuffing their faces with donuts in the breakroom. After 2 hours, I finally got my keys and went home.😬😬😬

I had a great experience with Juston in sales and also with Cassie. I special ordered a Ford Performance vehicle and Cassie was always happy to answer any questions and check on the status of the vehicle. Purchasing the vehicle was quick and painless. I was never pressured to buy any add ons or upgrades. It was totally worth the drive to Lakeview from Medford. Thank you to the staff at Hall Motors!

Extremely pleased with this dealership! Very personable on the phone and in person- they actually have a human answer the phones, not a robot! I brought my car here for service under warranty. They were able to diagnose the intermittent problem and put in a claim. I then brought the vehicle back when the part came in. They quoted me two hours wait but then realized there was an issue with the replacement part. The excellent service advisor, Saloma, provided me with a free rental since they were unsure they would be able to complete work before closing that day. My vehicle has not had the issue since and I am quite pleased with my experience here.
