I brought my wife's truck into Hall GMC to have a recall and an ABS light looked at. At first they could not find the problem with the ABS light but determination won and they did an excellent job at fixing the truck. I am not one to just go and write a review, but Jordan did such a great job I felt like the store needed to know what they have with her. Thank you Jordan

The service department and office staff stayed late on a hot summer evening to help us with a potential engine problem. While they close at 5:00, when we called from Klamath Falls the service advisor offered to keep the doors open until we could get there. Their service schedule is booked out for weeks and knew that we were traveling through - not likely repeat customers.

Two techs and the service advisor made us feel at home and that our concerns were theirs too. Hall Motors went above and beyond with outstanding customer service!

Drove to Lakeview today and had our 2023 GMC 3500hd serviced. iIn the lobby we had the pleasure meeting Jordon their Service Writer. We checked in with her, reviewed what our needs were she provided us a loaner car and said she would call when they were finished. We went into town to contribute to the local economy purchasing supplies. Jordon called to inform us we could pick up the truck. On arriving she reviewed the work done and thanked us for using Hall Motors. Jordon is extremely personable, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Her customer service is second to none. Just purchased a new 2024 GMC terrain from Hall motors. Fernando and Justin were super efficient and amazing to deal with!! They even drove through a winter storm to deliver it to me 60+ miles away!! I would highly recommend this dealership and these awesome salesman!
