I stood in the wrong line for over 10 minutes once I got to the counter the clerk told me I was supposed to be in the other line and they couldn't help renew my decal. So I moved to the other line and waited another 8 plus minutes. I wish the signs would get updated to explain clearer which line you can receive services.

This place has great employees!! Dealt with Roderick, and he was a pleasure to deal with, and extremely helpful!

Was here again last week with a ongoing problem in getting one of my cars registered. The problem wasn't because of the County Assessors office, but with the state motor vehicle agency I moved from! We dealt with Wendy in the office, and she was also a pleasure to deal with...some really good people, and exceptional customer service!!!
