Took my ring in, for a resize. They did a great job! I was very happy with the results. The price was reasonable and the work was done in the time frame indicated. I was also pleasantly surprised by the items they had for sale. Some really nice pieces. I would go back there.

I called to ask if they bought gold and how they estimate their offers as I was looking to get close to spot price. I was told they pay the current spot price of the day when they weigh it. I drove down there and was offered around 40% of spot price and was told that is what it was worth. Unethical business practices, liars trying to rip people off.

If you want the job done right, this is the best store within 50 miles! It's hard going to get your watch fixed or car fixed because if you don't know anything about the product, you never know if you are getting over charged or a good price.Hampshire jewelry did a cleaning and overhaul on my Tag Heuer and not only was the job done right and my watch looks better than ever but it keeps perfect time. I was welcomed with a warm heart and great customer service. I even have friends in the jewelry business who live out of state and they were amazed at the price and how honest and forthright the owner of the store is. If you go anywhere else your taking a risk, Hampshire Jewelery is the best!

Did a wonderful job updating the 5 heads my diamonds sit in. Now all the prongs are new and my stones are safe. They also turned my yellow gold ring into white gold. It looks brand new and amazing. I would highly recommend them!
