Usually have pretty good service with them, but was a little unsettled to see the lady mixing my daughter's medication while she's sneezing with no mask or gloves on... Thought it was pretty standard practice to use PPE.

The pharmacy techs there are great and super helpful. One of them even helps me to find coupons if my medicine is more than what I was expecting to pay.

I've been getting my daughter's meds filled here for about 6 mos since moving from Elkins to West Fork. I regret my decision to switch pharmacies. I hoped it would get better but it hasn't. Luckily I'm moving and will only have to deal with them for one more month. My daughter is on two seizure meds (vimpat and keppra). They're controlled substances. Every pharmacy we have used in the past let's us refill up to 3 days early. There are multiple reasons to do this: a. Sometimes you're out of town when the refill date occurs and you need it early so you don't run out and b. It's good to have a little buffer so you don't have issues if something unexpected happens. They won't do this at harps. They require it to be filled ON the date. Also, I have to request it each time it needs to be refilled. At our previous pharmacies they would do this automatically and notify us it was ready for pickup. Last, every time I get it refilled they have to order it. This is very frustrating because we literally get it every month. They want it refilled on the date it's due but they don't even have it stocked so they often can't get it until the next day. They claim it's all because it's controlled but we have used other pharmacies and have never had this problem. She's been on them for 7 years so at this point we know the drill...

Update: they have requested that I pm them to resolve the issue but I already spoke to someone on the phone yesterday. He said it was their policy on controlled medications and that I could find a new pharmacy (even after I told him that no other pharmacy I've used has these issues with her controlled medications). I told them I'd be leaving a review and would only be with them for one more month. I don't see a point in speaking to anyone else but I hope that if this really is a policy that it can be fixed for other patients and that if someone has a recurring medication at their pharmacy that they'll start keeping it in stock and allowing it to be filled three days early like other pharmacies.

I'm not sure if Wendy is the pharmacist or the tech. But she has no bedside manners and is very rude. Absolutely adore the first person I talked to was very understanding and helped quite a bit the day before yesterday and was trying to help again today and then Wendy took over the phone call and got really snippy and hung up on me for no reason.

Slowest pharmacy in the state, they are rude and inefficient. It's going to take them 30 mins just to give you a prescription quote, that task takes 60 seconds at any other pharmacy in NWA.
