It’s rare I get to say nice things about the retail experience. This is one of those times. The staff are super nice and absolutely on their game. I went there for the first time today for a cut piece of glass and was in and out with everything I needed for the repair under $20. 10/10, I’d absolutely recommend this location.

The employees here were super nice and friendly and pointed me in the direction of what I asked for. However, they ended up not carrying the brand I wanted in what I was looking for even though it states online they do carry it. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was this because I made the trip there for no reason. But other than that, the store and its employees were great!

I had purchased a brand new stihl FC 70 edger and since new it ran very poorly and would be very difficult to start, the maintenance team in the back would not stop helping me until it was fixed. It needed a new carburetor and Harris Ace honored the warranty. Everyone was a breeze to work with and I would not hesitate to go back. I own a growing lawn care business so their maintenance team's speed and expertise were vital to my business' success. Thanks again guys

Every time I call and get one answer, I go to the store and get the opposite answer. Every time I walk into my master bedroom I cringe because they mixed the color paint color wrong and I made the mistake of not being here when it was painted. I will drive an hour to go to Home Depot before I set foot in that store again.
